Each summer Chicago hosts the US's biggest free food and music festival with everything on the menu from hot dogs to haute cuisine.
The Taste of Chicago runs from 30 June to 9 July and offers food from over 70 restaurants.
The music will be provided from a wide variety of artists including Macy Gray, Fountains of Wayne, Ray Davies of the Kinks, Glen Campbell and The O'Jays.
On top of the live music there are also cooking demonstrations, a wine garden, family cooking events and an Independence Eve fireworks display.
The festival has now been running for over 25 years and has become a major part of life in the Windy City attracting 3.5m hungry visitors over the ten days.
For those who fear putting on a few too many pounds over the Taste of Chicago, a 5km race is also put on and a 2-mile walk for those not as athletic.
