American actress Eva Longoria has revealed in detail how her husband-to-be proposed to her.
The star of Desperate Housewives is set to marry NBA basketball player Tony Parker at a ceremony in the South of France.
Longoria has revealed that the couple will be in France on 7 July for the wedding, while she is heading out to the Cote d'Azur in February to find a venue.
It is thought that the actress will be looking for a hilltop garden which overlooks the sea, as the pair continue the romantic theme of their relationship so far.
'It was one of the happiest moments of my life,' said Longoria, recalling Parker's proposal.
'Tony is such a sweet and romantic soul. He really wanted to make his proposal a special day for us which we would never forget. And I never will forget it.
'I'm so looking forward to our wedding day. I want to have the most beautiful wedding possible,' she added.
The proposal came following rumours that the couple had split due to work commitments.
However, following a reunion in Paris, Parker proposed and the rest is history.
