Heather Mills McCartney and her soon-to-be ex-husband Sir Paul McCartney are on holiday - in different locations.
The arguing pair, who by all accounts cannot stand to be in the same room as each other, are nearing the end of their bitter divorce and it seems both needed a break.
Heather has been spotted in the Slovenian Alps with 40 of her friends and family for company.
The former model is celebrating her birthday during the trip and it s not the first time that she has retreated to the region in times of crisis.
Following the break-up of her first marriage, Heather took to the area in a bid to get away from the stress of it all.
Sir Paul is also out of the country as he too tries to get away from the stress of the divorce.
He has been spotted in Jamaica with his three-year-old daughter Beatrice at a resort he used to visit with his first wife Linda.
