31 Jan 2007

Divers planning a holiday in Turkey will be delighted to hear that the LykiaWorld Dive Centre in Oludeniz has received a huge honour from diving organisation Padi.

The centre has been accredited as a Padi Gold Palm Resort Centre, confirming it as one of the top dive centres in the world.

LykiaWorld has been recognised for offering superior accommodation, quality service and excellent dive opportunities.

The centre also scored highly in offering memorable diving experiences, providing great customer satisfaction, being environmentally aware and offering a safe environment in which to dive.

'We are delighted to receive this accreditation as it recognises not only the resort as a whole but also the excellent quality services we provide for travelling divers,' said LykiaWorld's manager Alf Chappell.

Despite the huge achievement, Mr Chappell says that LykiaWorld has no intention of resting on its laurels.

'As a progressive dive centre we are continuing to extend our services and aim to grow to our maximum potential and thus working towards becoming a Padi Gold Palm Instructor Development Centre in the near future,' he said.

LykiaWorld offers diving courses to people of all abilities, from beginners to the most experienced.
