Nicholas Cage proved he was king on a recent trip to England, after purchasing a £5m castle shaped like an ace of clubs.
Midford Castle, a listed building three miles south of the city of Bath, was built in 1775 and come fully equipped with towers, battlements and a gatehouse.
The property was restored by designers in 1961, and fully modernised inside. The estate is situated in 45 acres of park and woodland and also features two cottages, an orangery, a priory and the ruins of a chapel.
According to the Daily Mail, this is the Hollywood actor's third castle, and will nicely supplement his existing worldwide property portfolio, believe to be worth £33m. The Oscar-winner already owns a Georgian townhouse in Bath.
