The troubled 23-year-old, who is said to be battling drug addiction and weight problems, headed to the sunny shores of St Lucia with Fielder-Civil, after a rough few months have seen her in and out of hospital and rehab.
Sporting a number of tattoos and a lime green bikini, Winehouse took a swim in the ocean, before cuddling up to Blake on shore at the exclusive island resort.
