Royal Caribbean announces winter schedule

Royal Caribbean has unveiled its winter schedule for 2009-10, with cruises available to Australia, Asia, the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean.
The journeys will range from three- to 18-night itineraries and use three Royal Caribbean liners.
Brilliance of the Seas will continue to operate from Malaga, Spain, Rhapsody of the Seas will complete its third season in the south Pacific and Australia, while Legend of the Seas will sail in south-east Asia.
Royal Caribbean's 2009-10 season is set to comprise some 1,100 sailings, calling at more than 240 ports in 72 countries.
Alice Nosworthy, senior vice-president of marketing for the cruise line, said: 'Guests can choose sailings on some of the world's most innovative cruise ships to some of the most exotic destinations.
'On the Australia and New Zealand voyages, guests also can enhance their vacations by choosing a cruise tour add-on program.'
Among the tours offered by Royal Caribbean are trips around Australia and New Zealand, which will take in locations including the Great Barrier Reef, Sydney, Auckland and Milford Sound.
