Singapore Airlines (SIA) has opened a new lounge for its premium passengers in Bangkok, Thailand.
The 313 square metre SilverKris lounge at Suvarnabhumi international airport has a capacity of 102 seats.
Singapore Airlines claims that the facility was designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring rich timber walls, fabric-laminated glass panels, leather seats and full-length windows offering views of the garden outside.
There are also a number of modern amenities in the lounge, including a 50-inch plasma television screen and wireless internet access.
Passengers spending time in the lounge, which is open from 05:15 until 23:00 every day except Thursday, when it closes at 19:00, can also order food, soft drinks and alcohol.
Singapore Airlines offers services to a number of destinations in east Asia, including Hong Kong, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and Beijing.
