Royal Caribbean unveils new ship's amenities

Cruise line Royal Caribbean has unveiled the range of amenities that will be available onboard its newest ship, Oasis of the Seas.
The new vessel will launch in late 2009 and is set to be the world's largest and, according to Royal Caribbean, most revolutionary cruise ship.
One of the highlights of the vessel will be its boardwalk, a space expected to prove popular with families that will be part of Royal Caribbean's 'neighbourhood' concept.
The Oasis of the Seas' AquaTheater will incorporate the first amphitheatre at sea and the largest freshwater pool found on a ship, and will offer a number of activities and events.
People looking for a spot of luxury on their cruises will be able to use the new liner's industry-first loft suites, which will provide ocean views and a range of modern amenities.
Adam Goldstein, president and chief executive of the cruise line, said: 'Royal Caribbean is proud to introduce a number of industry 'firsts' on a level and scale that the world has never seen before.
'Oasis of the Seas is the ultimate expression of the creativity and imagination found on all of our ships, providing guests with a collection of experiences that will offer an incredible cruise vacation.'
