Morocco and Slovakia are 'up and coming destinations'

Morocco and Slovakia are among several destinations that have been named as 'up and coming' hot spots for backpackers.
Visitors to Essouria in Morocco have increased by around 103 % since 2007 while travel to Aswan in Egypt grew by 105 % in the last 12 months according to new research.
Bratislava in Slovakia has seen its popularity spike by an impressive 66 %, the study from Hostelworld shows, while Kyoto in Japan has seen 160 % more visitors since 2007.
Other destinations to be make the up and coming list include Puerto, Iguazu in Argentina, Livingstone in Zambia, Cascais in Portugal, Croatia's Zagreb, Xi'an in China and Amman in Jordan.
