P&O 'makes cruising simpler than ever'

P&O Cruises has announced that it has adjusted its terms and conditions to make cruising 'simpler than ever before'.
The company's alterations include more flexible deposit and cancellation agreements, the ability to transfer between cruises and the development of a more family-focused policy.
These changes were made following research with past passengers and travel agents which found that customers are looking for more straightforward policies and procedures.
Customers can make use of the new terms and conditions from this week to coincide with the release of P&O Cruises' Pacific Dawn and Pacific Sun 2010 brochures.
Jenny Lourey, the cruise line's senior vice president, said the restructure indicated the company's 'commitment to listening to the needs and desires of its customers'.
She added: 'The overhaul of our terms and conditions directly reflects the feedback received from our customers and was designed to make the entire cruising experience simpler for them.
'We know that our travel agency partners and passenger require flexibility in their holiday choices and we have recognised that through the development of our new policies.'
