Any parents looking for a special Christmas treat for their children won't want to miss Santaland at New York department store, Macy's.
Every year the Herald Square based shop hosts an extravaganza of festively themed fun, with a huge part of the eighth floor dedicated to 25 December.
Lights, trees, candy, the 25 November to 24 December event is one that will light up any Christmas.
Elves help guide visitors through the maze of themed areas, including an Enchanted Forest, Santa's Holiday Magic Show Wagon, Rock Candy Mining Site and the Rainbow Bridge to the huge Sweetery.
The 'Checking It Twice' Institute then divides up the crowd into who has been naughty or nice, with all the nice children getting taken to see Santa, where they then receive a specially chosen gift.
