Holidaymakers visiting France's Loire Valley in April will be able to take part in a day of Easter egg hunting in one of the region's famous chateaux.
Chateau de Brissac, the highest castle in the Loire, will host its annual chocolate egg hunt on 12 April this year.
For a price of 7.80 (£7) for adults and 2 for children under the age of 12, parents and youngsters can explore the castle's scenic grounds to track down 10,000 chocolate eggs.
Visitors can also head inside the ancient building to wander through ornate bedrooms, reception rooms and a theatre that was built in the 19th century.
Located between the cities of Angers and Saumur in the Loire Valley, Chateau du Brissac has been home to the dukes of Brissac since 1502, including the present marquis who planted a 28-acre vineyard in 2002.
The Loire Valley is famous for its impressive collection of grand castles, including the regal Chateau de Valencay, Chateau de Chambord and Chateau de Chenonceau.
