New special offer scheme launched in New York

NYC & Company, the official tourism marketing and promotion agency of New York, has announced the launch of NYC: The Real Deal, a campaign designed to boost visitor numbers in the city this year.
The first phase of the scheme is already in place and offers 'buy one, get the second 50% off' discounts at some of New York's leading museums, tours, entertainment venues and other attractions.
Tourists will have the option to pay a visit to the Tribeca Film Festival, explore the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx or head to Broadway to see Chicago at discount prices.

Jane Reiss, the agency's chief marketing officer, said: 'The NYC: The Real Deal program is designed to entice visitors and locals to experience the vibrancy, energy and excitement of New York City while taking advantage of unprecedented savings this year.'
NYC & Company recently encouraged travellers to pay a visit to the Lake George area of the Adirondack mountain region before 31 July to take advantage of mid-week bargains on offer at 19 lodging properties.
