Travellers interested in visiting Marrakech in Morocco can now take a virtual tour of the destination online.
The Moroccan National Tourist Office announced that it had created a website that is designed to showcase the best of Marrakech and the full diversity of the city.
According to the agency, the site provides an 'unequalled experience' that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the destination 'virtually as well as interactively'.
Some 40 different films were shot for the website, allowing users to go on an extensive virtual journey through Marrakech.
The online offering is part of a new advertising campaign that is being launched by the Moroccan National Tourist Office and regional authorities.
All sorts of travellers are being targeted through the initiative, from families and couples to people on city breaks and adventure seekers.
Holidaymakers interested in visiting Morocco can catch flights to Marrakech with easyJet, Royal Air Maroc, Iberia and other carriers.
