Singapore Airlines has unveiled a number of new cabin products that will be available on its Boeing 777-200 aircraft this year.
The carrier will begin introducing the features later this month, with 11 of the planes set to be updated before the end of the year.
Enhancements for economy passengers will include Givenchy-designed seat covers that will feature 'soothing colours' and fabrics similar to those in the airline's new Airbus A380 and Boeing 777-300ER planes.
There will also be improvements to the award-winning KrisWorld inflight entertainment system, with screen size set to be increased to nine inches in the economy cabin later this year.
Business passengers will also benefit from larger screens, as well as lie-flat seats featuring a personal control panel, which will allow travellers to select their preference from a number of preset seating options.
Singapore Airlines will launch the first refitted aircraft on its route to Shanghai from 23 February before introducing the service on other flights later in the year.
