Ontario Tourism has encouraged travellers to consider visiting Toronto this spring to experience a number of events set to take place in the Canadian city.
One of the highlights for film fans will be Harry Potter: The Exhibition, an extensive display inspired by the book and movie series that will open at the Ontario Science Centre on 9 April.
Visitors will be able to see a number of authentic items relating to the franchise, which will be displayed in settings inspired by locations such as the Great Hall and the Gryffindor common room from the films.
Travellers who will be in Canada on the weekend of 22 to 24 May should head to Ontario Place in Toronto to experience the annual Victoria Day celebrations, which will feature a fireworks display on the waterfront.
There will be more impressive pyrotechnics on display during the Festival of Fire, which is scheduled for 1, 3 and 10 July.
