Air France seat praised by passengers

Air France's new long-haul business class seat has been a hit with passengers, the airline has revealed.
The carrier has been gradually introducing a new business cabin featuring a 'full sleep' seat on long-haul flights since December last year.
Designed to be more spacious and provide additional comfort, the new product has received praise from passengers following its first few months in operation.
Nearly all (97%) customers who have used the seat describe the quality of its sleeping position as 'good' or 'excellent', while almost 95% said they would recommend it to another flier.
Christian Herzog, senior vice president of marketing at Air France-KLM, said: 'Air France has chosen a new business class seat without compromising on the size, to focus on sleep quality, a key factor for our customers.
'The seat has several different relaxation positions for optimum comfort during the entire flight.'
Currently available on flights to Brazzaville and Pointe Noire in the Republic of Congo and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, the product will soon be introduced on routes to destinations including Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Guangzhou, China; and Santiago, Chile.
