Copenhagen restaurant voted world's best

Noma in Copenhagen retained its place at the top of the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list this year.
Organised by Restaurant magazine, the list recognises the world's leading eateries based on the opinions and experiences of more than 800 food industry experts.
Europe was well represented this year, with the Spanish restaurants of El Celler de Can Roca in Girona and Mugaritz in Errenteria taking second and third spots respectively, both moving up two places from their 2010 ranking.
Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy and Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck in the English county of Berkshire completed the top five.
In Alinea, Chicago boasts the best restaurant in North America and the sixth best in the world, according to the San Pellegrino list, while D.O.M in Sao Paulo, Brazil achieved the highest place of any South American establishment.
Les Creations de Narisawa in Tokyo, Japan; Quay in Sydney, Australia; and Le Quartier Francais in Franschhoek, South Africa were named the best restaurants in Asia, Australasia and Africa respectively.
