Small bar 'revolution' taking place in Sydney

Travellers visiting Sydney in the near future will be able to experience what Tourism Australia describes as a 'small bar revolution' in the city.
Several bars have opened up as a result of the liquor law reform that took place in the state of New South Wales in 2008.
According to the national tourism agency, the growth in the number of these venues has been 'remarkable'.
Visitors can head to locations such as Shirt Bar, which comprises a boutique selling clothing, while Stitch is characterised by Moroccan design and a collection of sewing machines.
Grandma's aims to 'spoil its patrons just like grandma did', according to Tourism Australia, while the Gardel Bar has an Argentine theme and sells cocktails such as the Paloma - agave tequila topped with pink grapefruit soda.
To help holidaymakers learn more about this aspect of Sydney, a new small bar tour has been launched, offering guided trips for groups of up to 12 people.
The excursion lasts two hours and costs $75 (£50), with two cocktails thrown in.
