Southampton offering four new routes to France

The coming weeks will see Southampton airport provide a significant boost for travellers considering a trip to France, with four new routes to the country set to be introduced before 6 June.
Three of the services will be provided by Flybe, which will begin flights to Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne region tomorrow (21 May), before introducing a connection to Pau in Aquitaine on 25 May.
A route from Southampton to Beziers in the French region of Languedoc-Roussillon will be available from 27 May.
Eastern Airways will offer the final new route from the south coast airport to France over the coming weeks, with a link to Dijon set to be introduced on 6 June, offering a frequency of three flights per week.
Jan Halliday, director of marketing and communications for Southampton airport, described the launches as 'fantastic news for the region' and proof that 'the summer holiday season is really getting underway now'.
