Tampa visitors urged to see Latin Quarter

People who have the opportunity to visit the city of Tampa during holidays in Florida have been encouraged to see the Latin Quarter, which has been described as a 'hidden gem'.
James Litston, UK representative of tourism agency Tampa Bay & Company, noted that access to the destination has been improved for Britons this year, with British Airways introducing daily flights in April.
He said that the area's appeal lies in its good weather, beaches, family attractions and areas such as the Latin Quarter.
'Top attractions are Busch Gardens theme park, plus a host of others, including Adventure Island water park, the Florida Aquarium and Canoe Escape,' said Mr Litston.
'Ybor City - the Latin Quarter - is also great for cafe culture and nightlife - a real hidden gem.'
Other experiences on offer in Tampa and the surrounding area include exploring the Dali Museum in St Petersburg, which reopened in a new location in January, and riding the new Cheetah Hunt rollercoaster at Busch Gardens.
