UK travellers based in or near London will soon be able to visit an exhibition showcasing some of the experiences on offer in Abu Dhabi.

A photography exhibition dedicated to the emirate will come to the Regent Street store for a week from 29 August.

The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) has contributed 40 images captured by leading regional and international photographers, which feature a range of scenes reflecting the destination's leisure pursuits, landmarks, culture and history.

Furthermore, visitors will be able to try two dishes from the emirate that will be served at the National Geographic Store's cafe while the display is running.

Nabeel Al Zarouni, the ADTA's country manager in the UK and Ireland, said: 'This exhibition will give Abu Dhabi an extremely high profile in London during one of the capital's busiest times of the year.

'National Geographic has been inspiring people to care about the planet for more than a century. We hope that joining forces with them for this Abu Dhabi promotion will inspire travellers to seek out a welcome in our emirate.'

Travellers who decide to visit the destination after seeing the exhibition can catch flights to Abu Dhabi with national carrier Etihad Airways, which flies to the city from London, Manchester, Dublin and many other locations.
