Mexico's Riviera Maya boasts new attractions

The tourist board representing Mexico's Riviera Maya has announced details of some new attractions in the popular holiday region.
Avatar One at the Hidden Worlds adventure park is among the experiences on offer to people visiting the destination.
The zip line is reportedly the only attraction of its kind in the world with a cable that spins, falls and slides like a rollercoaster.
Other experiences on offer at Hidden Worlds include jungle buggy rides, abseiling, cavern diving and the SkyCycle, which is thought to be the only ride of its kind in existence.
The adventure park is located on the Yucatan peninsula, south of the Mexican holiday resort of Cancun.
Also located on the Riviera Maya is Aktunchen, a nature park which now features a 1km airborne tour consisting of 11 zip lines and two suspension bridges.
Visitors can also see natural sinkholes, go snorkelling and explore areas of forest full of colourful flora and fauna.
