Travellers visiting Las Vegas later this year will be offered some new culinary experiences at Gordon Ramsay's first restaurant in the city.

Gordon Ramsay Steak is due to begin welcoming guests at the Paris Las Vegas resort this spring.

It will replace Les Artistes Steakhouse and provide a range of dishes, including prime cuts of beef and traditional British favourites such as fish and chips and shepherd's pie.

The new eatery will feature a large bar area, a chef's table and a private dining room in addition to the main space, offering a total of 274 seats for guests.

Ramsay described Las Vegas as a 'vibrant city' and said he was excited to be opening his first restaurant in the city.

'The space is really bold and innovative and we've put together a great team and created a contemporary, quality menu,' he added.

Also coming to the Paris Las Vegas resort this year is celebrated musical Jersey Boys, which is due to open at the Paris Theatre on 6 March.
