Air France boosts customer service at Paris Charles de Gaulle
24 Jan 2012

Air France has moved to improve the customer experience at its main hub of Paris Charles de Gaulle airport by launching a range of personalised services.

The airline said the new provisions are designed to facilitate a 'relaxing and seamless journey'.

Among the new offerings is the option to be accompanied through the airport by an Air France agent, opening up priority access routes for departures, arrivals and flight connections.

Travellers can also arrange to be transported from Charles de Gaulle to central Paris by chauffeured car, minibus or motorcycle, while a luggage delivery service will be introduced in the near future.

Christian Herzog, Air France-KLM's marketing manager, said the new initiatives are part of the airline's mission to 'simplify and customise' passengers' journeys from beginning to end.

'Our ambition is to get even closer to our customers while linking them with the world,' he added.

Air France is one of many major carriers based at Paris Charles de Gaulle, along with the likes of Lufthansa, Brussels Airlines, Flybe and British Airways.
