Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong offers new personalised dining experience
22 Feb 2012

Travellers searching for hotels in Hong Kong this year have the option of staying at the Ritz-Carlton property in the Chinese city, which has recently launched a new 'chef's table' dining option.

Available for a maximum of eight guests, the experience offers personalised menus of eight to 12 courses and wines personally chosen by the hotel's sommelier to complement the food.

During the evening, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong's executive chef Peter Find and his handpicked team will serve one table exclusively, giving detailed explanations regarding the ingredients and cooking methods used for each dish.

Guests will be invited to ask questions and share feedback with the culinary experts.

In addition to the gastronomic highlights, the 'chef's table' experience will provide a separate sofa area for diners and harbour views.

Commenting on the new offering, Mr Find said: 'Through the dishes that we prepare, we hope to share with the guests our passion for and the refinement of the culinary arts.'

The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong occupies floors 102 to 118 of the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon and is thought to be the highest hotel in the world.
