15 Mar 2012

Travellers staying in hotels in Prague this year will have a new culinary experience to enjoy following the opening of the CottoCrudo restaurant, bar and lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Czech capital.

The establishment, whose name means 'cooked and raw' in Italian, represents a new dining and lounge concept in the city, according to the hotel chain.

It serves a menu including classic Italian dishes with a modern twist and also features a central culinary station and a crudo bar.

Executive chef Richard Fuchs said: 'Working with the best of our seasonal quality ingredients, we offer an extensive menu of Italian and Mediterranean dishes, including fresh seafood, homemade pasta [and] choice meat cuts.'

He went on to reveal that the restaurant will offer a range of artisan dishes and products from Italy's Piedmont and Tuscany regions.

As well as enjoying good food, visitors to Prague can see some of the city's historical sights and attractions, such as Tyn Church in Old Town Square and Prague Castle.
