Conde Nast Traveller lists best new hotels

Conde Nast Traveller magazine will soon unveil its 16th annual Hot List, a rundown of the best hotels, spas and restaurants to have opened in the past year.
The publication's editors have visited 172 new properties and assessed each one on criteria including service, food, atmosphere and amenities.
With a dozen entries, the United States is the best represented country on the list, while the UK, China and Italy have seven each.
The range of recommended establishments in the US includes the Hotel Americano in New York, the Public in Chicago and the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles.
Readers can also find out about some of the most exciting new restaurants in Paris, Hong Kong, Sydney and other travel hotspots around the world.
The issue of Conde Nast Traveller coming out on 24 April 2012 will also reveal reviewers' favourite hotels of all time in the Hot List All-Stars section.
