Silversea Cruises introduces Pratesi luxury linens

Luxury operator Silversea Cruises has announced the introduction of bed linens custom-made by Italian firm Pratesi, providing a 'new level of comfort and luxury' for guests.
The European brand was founded in 1860 and developed its reputation providing linens for the aristocracy.
Its bespoke creations will be added to beds in every Silversea suite, debuting on Silver Spirit in September and Silver Cloud in November, before being extended to the rest of the fleet next year.
The Pratesi bedding collection will feature 100% Egyptian cotton satin sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
It will complement the existing range of sleep amenities on offer to guests, which includes a dual-side mattress that can be flipped for either firm or soft support and a choice of nine different pillows, from soft down to memory foam.
Steve Odell, Silversea's Europe and Asia Pacific president, said a good night's sleep is a priority for many luxury travellers.
He added: 'We know many of our guests have luxurious bedding in their own homes and if they have not yet discovered Pratesi, we're happy to introduce them to this revered Italian brand.'
