Business destinations in the EU are busy preparing themselves for an influx of travellers from the UAE.

This is because the European Parliament recently decided that Emiratis would be made exempt from having to obtain visas in order to work in 25 countries in the region.

“A further announcement will be made regarding the execution of the decision, but effectively this means Emiratis will be able to travel freely to 25 countries in the EU for periods of up to 90 days without a visa,” Lois Hall, exhibition manager of the Gulf Incentives, Business Travel & Meetings Expo, commented.

The UK recently took a decision that ought to have similar implications for visitors from the UAE, meaning that the level of business interaction between the two areas could spike significantly in the coming months and years.

Figures show that France alone receives over 22,000 visitors from the UAE every year. And according to a recent report conducted by Ernst & Young, Paris is the number one destination among business travellers from the Middle East.

If you're in Paris, of course, then your list of must-do activities ought to include taking a trip to the Eiffel Tower, one of the country's top attractions.

It is among the most popular landmarks in Europe and from the top, you can enjoy an unrivalled view across the cityscape.

Elsewhere, you may wish to visit the Champs Elysees, one of the world's most famous shopping avenues.

You can take a stroll around the shops, or pop into one of the many cafes that line the street and enjoy a bite to eat.

Finally, how about taking a trip to the world-famous Louvre Museum, which is home to loads of top artwork, including the Mona Lisa, among many other fascinating items?ADNFCR-408-ID-801707009-ADNFCR
