For an increasing number of travellers, online reviews form a an important role in influencing holiday choices.

According to TripAdvisor, more than 150 million reviews and opinions have been posted on the site.

What's more, there are also 2,800 new topics added every day to the site's forums, which goes to underline the point.

This means that travellers have all the information they need in order to make an informed decision about their impending holiday.
