Exeter City and Flybe sponsorship deal extended

Exeter City and Flybe sponsorship deal extended
28 Jul 2014

Flybe has renewed what is among the longest running corporate sponsorship deals with a club in the Football League.

The airline announced earlier this month that its Exeter City shirt sponsorship deal had been extended for the 12th year in a row.

"We’re delighted to be extending our shirt sponsorship of the club for the upcoming 2014-15 season. Grecians’ supporters have been extremely supportive of Flybe over the years," said director of marketing, Martin Smith.

He said that the airline is proud to get the chance to carry on its "special relationship" with fans and Club.

Flybe, which is the biggest regional airline in Europe, says the renewal highlights the fact it is committed to contributing to and supporting the communities it serves - as well as the loyalty it has to Exeter City and the Club's supporters.

The news came shortly after Flybe brought out a new menu called 'Refuel' on its planes, featuring options such as a The Food Doctor lentil and couscous pot and a 'Tapas Special'.ADNFCR-408-ID-801738017-ADNFCR
