Unless you have had a Memory Charm placed upon you, chances are that you will know all about the magical world of JK Rowling’s Harry Potter and all of the adventures that Harry and his pals, Ron and Hermione went on.

Now that the film franchise has come to an end, there are still ways in which wannabe wizards and muggles alike can keep the magical story alive with a trip to London.

The Making of Harry Potter Studio Tour opened in 2012 and has since seen a plethora of Harry Potter fans of all ages walk through its doors (or fly through on broomsticks) to enjoy this exciting tour.

The unique and magical walking tour takes you through a special behind the scenes experience of one of the most successful film franchises of all time, showcasing the breathtaking set that was left by the film crew when making the films in the working film studio which is adjacent to the tour.

Visitors will make their way through two sound stages as well as a backlot filled with treasures including original sets, special effects and animatronic creatures, where you will learn how the magical creatures were brought to life.

Fans will no doubt be excited by the opportunities offered with the tour, which included the chance to discover the actual Great Hall which was featured in the films, as well as Dumbledore’s office.

Other famous locations that you will recognise include Diagon Alley, which has the shop fronts of Gringotts Wizarding Bank, Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, Flourish and Blotts and Eeylops Owl Emporium.

Make sure to get your photo taken outside four Privet Drive, the location where a young Harry lived with his Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia. Your visit can be even further enhanced by purchasing a souvenir guidebook which costs just £9.95 when pre-booked with your tickets and makes the perfect piece of memorabilia to remember your trip by.ADNFCR-408-ID-801757581-ADNFCR
