Virgin to fly more in India

Virgin Atlantic is to double its capacity on flights to India.
The airline is looking to introduce new flights to southern India, in addition to increasing the number of services to current destinations Mumbai and New Delhi.
Destinations that Virgin is looking at expanding into include Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Joe Thompson, general manager of Virgin Atlantic (India), said: 'We currently operate daily flights out of Mumbai and Delhi to London. We are looking at double daily flights on these routes and also new destinations in South India.'
The airline has also launched its Upper Class service on its flights to India, offering seats that recline into beds and complimentary champagne among other services.
Mr Thompson added: 'With this, we are expecting a 15 to 20% passenger increase in the upper first class.'
