Paris 'worst destination' for bust-ups

Although famed for its reputation for romance, Paris has been revealed as the destination where Brits are most likely to argue.
Research carried out by a holiday company found that 34% of people surveyed felt that the French capital was the destination most likely to prompt a fall-out.
On a more Valentine-friendly note, 89% of the 2,000 people who took part in the survey said they’d experienced argument-free romantic holidays, and 25% had proposed while away.
A spokesman from the company conducting the research said that travellers could do a number of things to avoid an unwanted argument while away:
'Speak to friends and colleagues about their experiences to ensure that you make the best of your destination and hopefully keep any arguments to a minimum,' he advised.
He added that holidaymakers should research destinations online and that preparation is the 'key to a successful romantic trip'.
