Dafoe in Dubrovnik

Actor Willem Defoe has been holidaying with his new wife Giada Cologrande on the Croatian coast.
The pair headed to Dubrovnik on the Dalmatian coast after Defoe finished filming Bean 2 in the south of France with Rowan Atkinson.
During the star and his Italian wife's stay in the historic city, they joined locals at the Troubadour Jazz café to watch the World Cup final and to celebrate the result he bought everyone a glass of champagne.
The couple's time in Croatia also included visits to the Elaphite Archipelago a series of picturesque islands just outside Dubrovnik popular with tourists and the village of Pobreje just outside the city which he described as thrilling.
He told guests at the café that he intended to return to Croatia in the autumn.
