Zidane relaxes in Balearics
26 July 2006
Zinedine Zidane has been enjoying the Balearic Island of Formentera with his family.
The captain of the French football team who ended his career in ignominy in the World Cup final was photographed playing with two of his four sons in a dinghy.
Eventually they managed to pull him into the water.
The sight of one of the world's most lauded footballers is no surprise for the 7,500 residents of Formentera, as Zizou has joined them and has bought a home there.
Meanwhile on Ibiza the flow of stars seems to be constant as the island's clubs, festivals and music scene attract DJs and rock stars alike.
This month has seen Goldfrapp, Faithless and the Kaiser Chefs all perform at clubs on Ibiza and next month Robbie Williams is expected to launch his new album there.
