Romania's Spas

It has been revealed that Romania is home to 40% of Europe's spas.
The announcement was made by the vice president of the Spa Tourism Organisation during a visit to the country.
Daniel Pasat was at a spa tourism forum along with 300 other participants including delegates from the World Tourism Organisation for Europe, the National Tourism Organization, the National Travel Agencies Association and the European Spas Association.
The meeting was held to discuss the future of spa tourism in the country now that it has entered the European Union.
Elsewhere, a new spa is set to be opened at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in the US.
The Xpress Spa company is launching the service that will include massages, reflexology and other services in November.
The firm already has airport spas at a number of sights around the US including JFK, Pittsburgh International and San Francisco.
