UK airports grow

The UK's leading airport operator has recorded positive figures for all of its hubs during October.
In total, 12.8m passengers passed through BAA's airports during the month, signalling an increase of 1.6% compared to the same period last year.
BAA's hubs saw the biggest gains in long-haul flights, with traffic growing by 7.1%.
European scheduled traffic also saw very positive figures, with 6.2% growth, while chartered flights from the continent fell by 12.4%.
There was also negative data from the North Atlantic, with traffic falling by 3.3%, from the Irish Republic (down 3.1%) and domestic flights, which fell 1.2%.
Heathrow remains the UK's busiest airport, but passenger traffic fell by 1.4% in October compared to last year.
The English hubs that saw positive growth figures are Stansted (8.1%), Gatwick (2.1%) and Southampton (1.9%).
In Scotland, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh all saw gains of 14%, 1.5% and 2% respectively.
