Christina Aguilera is reportedly spending Christmas in Prague after she was spotted at the city's airport.

The singer covered her face with sunglasses and a scarf as she and husband Jordan Bratman walked through the arrivals lounge.

Perhaps the star wanted to hide her face because she was not wearing make-up.

In a recent interview Aguilera admitted that she uses cosmetic products to act as 'armour' to protect her from the paparazzi.

'The red lips are - I don't want to call them armour, but they're the clothes of my character and I'm in the business of entertainment,' she said.

'I am a woman who has my extremely vulnerable side and my baggage - and at times I feel extremely weak.

'And who's to say a little mascara doesn't make you feel more confident when you pop it on and look in the mirror?' she added.

The star recently came in for criticism when she took to the stage wearing fox fur. Aguilera said she normally only wears faux fur, but a mistake was made by her designer.
