Victoria lands in LA

Victoria Beckham landed at Los Angeles International Airport this weekend, reportedly with the aim of seeking out possible movie opportunities.
She was whisked away in a black convertible on arrival.
The former Spice Girls singer has recently become close to Dawson's Creek actress Katie Holmes, leading press sources to speculate that the ambitious mum-of-three may be hoping to use her connections to get ahead in Hollywood.
Last week, Victoria's husband David Beckham announced he was signed to play for Major League soccer team LA Galaxy, and the couple are widely expected to arrive in Los Angeles to begin their new life in earnest in August.
Los Angeles boasts plenty of attractions to keep Victoria and David's three boys busy, including Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood and the Walk of Fame, where generations of stars are commemorated, with their handprints and signatures embedded in the pavement.
With scores of today's stars thronging around the Beverley Hills region, the Beckhams are sure to be in good company.
