New spa treatment in Thailand
06 February 2007
People enjoying a holiday in Thailand will soon be able to benefit from a new kind of spa treatment.
The Centara Spa at Central Hotels & Resorts is introducing a treatment from Tibet, which promises to bring a new level of relaxation to those experiencing it.
The Holistic Tibetan Himalayan Hot Stones treatment will be offered to visitors from 1 March and is sure to be hugely popular.
Spa workers have labelled the treatment as a dynamic energy recovery experience, which will calm the nervous system and deliver a deeply penetrating relaxation.
Heated Himalayan river stones are coated in massage oils and combined with rhythmic motions and Royal Thai massage techniques.
Centara Spa says that this creates an energy experience that flows through like a river of power.
The firm says that the new treatment is ideal for those suffering from insomnia, tensed muscles or arthritic conditions.
The Holistic Tibetan Himalayan Hot Stones treatment is available at Centara Spas in Bangkok, Hua Hin, Samui, Phuket, Krbi and Hat Yai.
