Cultural offerings from London and Hilton
09 May 2007
Hilton has announced that it is offering those taking a holiday in London special deals on two of the city's biggest events.
The hotel chain is the official partner of the Lord of the Rings West End musical and those who take up the offer can gain discounted tickets to the show.
In addition, a similar deal has been arranged with the organisers of the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs exhibition.
It means that those staying with Hilton will be able to go to the events for a discounted price, as well as beating the queues and securing some of the best seats.
The Lord of the Rings opens on 9 May, while the Tutankhamun exhibition begins on 15 November.
Both events are proving hugely popular already and tickets to attend are hot property.
Hilton says that it is offering the discounted tickets to ensure that tourists can experience the vast array of culture on offer in London.
'We've always held close links with London's cultural calendar and as the capital's largest hotel company we are very excited to be involved in both these events,' said Andrew Farrow from the hotel chain.
'With hotels reaching from Kensington to Canary Wharf, we are perfectly placed to provide visitors with luxury accommodation no matter what part of the city they'd like to stay in.'
