There are many ways to relieve stress but one hotel chain in Spain is offering its visitors a destructive choice.
Many high-flying businessmen and women will retreat to a hotel and perhaps take advantage of a spa or massage that is on offer in order to return to normality following a particularly stressful day.
However, NH Hoteles is running a competition that will see 30 people given the opportunity to relieve their stress by smashing up a building, reports Reuters.
One of the firm's hotels in Madrid is due to undergo refurbishment and the chosen few will be given the honour of demolishing the interior.
They will be armed with mallets and helmets and will be given free-reign to destroy any part of the 146-room building's internal structure.
Usually the reserve of rock stars, smashing hotel rooms is generally frowned upon but NH Hoteles is glad of the help.
