Christmas discounts with US Airways
09 November 2007
US Airways has teamed up with Mastercard to offer business class passengers the chance to save 20% on the cost of their flight if they pay by Mastercard.
Also on offer is the opportunity to those in business class - also known as Envoy - to earn up to 20,000 Dividend Miles.
The deal is for travellers booking a round trip with US Airways to a selection of European cities including Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Dublin, Frankfurt, London, Manchester, Munich, Milan and Zurich.
The deal looks set to benefit those looking to go on a festive break - with passengers having to book by 31 December 2007 and travel between 27 November 2007 and 15 March 2008.
Economy class passengers are also being given the opportunity for a discount with the airline offering a 10% cut on the price of a roundtrip ticket to one of the European destinations.
TJ Sharkey, senior vice president of US merchant sales at MasterCard Worldwide said: 'These special offers thank our cardholders and US Airways' passengers by making it easier for them to access the beauty of Europe on a budget.
'Together with US Airways, MasterCard aims to provide our cardholders with access to rewarding travel experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime.'
