Footie fans prepare for European travels
21 December 2007

British football fans will be preparing a number of trips throughout Europe following the draw for the first knockout round of the Uefa Champions League.

Arguably the juiciest tie of the lot involves London club Arsenal, who will play AC Milan at home on 20 February before travelling to Italy on 4 March.

The Italian giants are the current holders of the Champions League and will present a very tough test to the Premier League side.

Chelsea fans will be travelling to Greece as their side have been drawn against Olympiacos, with the away leg taking place on 19 February before the second half of the tie is contested in London on 5 March.

Reigning Premier League champions Manchester United face French opposition in the form of Lyon - fans of the Red Devils will be travelling to south-east France on 20 February.

Liverpool supporters will have a trip to Italy to look forward to on 11 March, as their side face Serie A champions Inter Milan.
