Supercar show opens in Orlando
04 February 2008

A supercar exhibition, the latest tourist attraction in Orlando, opened its doors last week.

Exotic Car Gallery opened at the Millenia Art Gallery on 1 February and is hoping to attract visitors with its range of rare and unusual automobiles.

One of the highlights of the exhibition is a rotating display of high-end supercars including Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Bentleys, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

However, the star of the show is reportedly a Bugatti Veyron, a vehicle that is valued at around $1.7m (£860,000).

The car once held the record as the world's fastest and is capable of travelling from 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds before hitting a top speed of 253mph.

Visitors interested in seeing the car can find the display on Millenia Boulevard, where admission costs $20 (£10) for adults and $10 for children.

Between 19 March and 1 June this year Orlando's Epcot Center will host the International Flower and Garden Festival, which in 2008 will be 15 days longer than last year's event.
