Experience a Chocolate Rush in Australia

Visitors to Melbourne, Australia in August may get the chance to attend the Chocolate Rush Festival.
This event on 9 and 10 August will aim to educate, indulge and challenge the palates of its visitors.
All things related to chocolate will be covered at the festival, from its history and tradition to the various elements that create its aroma, texture and taste.
Professional chefs will attend the festival to share their expertise on how best to use chocolate in cooking and there will be hands-on workshops giving visitors the opportunity to get stuck in.
There will even be a masterclass in constructing chocolate sculptures, given by expert pastry chef Tim Clark.
Visitors will find the festival at Abbotsford Convent on St Heliers Street in Melbourne.
