Virgin Atlantic offers summer holiday tips
07 July 2008
Virgin Atlantic has offered a number of tips to holidaymakers to ensure that they have a perfect trip this summer.
One of the things travellers should ensure they do, according to the airline, is check in online, which will mean that they can spend less time at the airport.
People travelling with Virgin Atlantic from Gatwick can also take advantage of its 'twilight check in' service, which enables passengers to check in themselves and their luggage the afternoon before a flight, making their day of travel hassle-free.
In the Caribbean, the airline offers a service allowing customers to check in for their flight when checking out of their hotel, while in Florida there is a check-in facility based at Disney World.
Holidaymakers hoping to get some extra benefits during their flight can often purchase seats with additional leg room or upgrade to a higher class once they arrive at the airport.
Virgin Atlantic is set to carry around 1.5m passengers to 30 long-haul destinations this summer.
Opodo cheap flights, hotels and car hire - let the journey begin!
